With the acquisition and accumulation of my skills over the years, I am able to undertake almost most of the roles of a web design project on my own. I gathered that the most important underlining a success of a project is not about how skillful and talented one is, but rather a good and humble communicator that can really understand one’s clients well and the ability to keep this 2-way communication channel open and transparent.

Responsive Design

All the craze and requisite of web design and layout boils down to one thing now: responsive web design. Every client wants it. Yes, I get it loud and clear. But, to make responsive design serves its real purpose, we need to make known to the client what are they trying to convey to their targeted audience. Storyboarding

One of the prerequisite for proper progression from sketches to mockup completion. But many clients failed to understand this crucial step in the user experience (UX) process. If this vital step is left out entirely or not properly executed, will be detrimental in getting the project completed on schedule. Applied Experiences

Worked in high-profile IT companies. I also acquired additional new skills in Internet Marketing, Blogging, SEO, MCITP and social media marketing courses offline and online over the years. Further, I research and understand what the online market really wants, and get ideas from current market trends and technology shifts.

Explored Various Roles

Using what I have learned, I had worked and shared my expertise in IT software, training and support arena, and tutoring in degree programmes in private schools. Besides, I explored the role of creativity in various government project tenders, such as Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) and Intellectual Property Of Singapore (IPOS).

Start of my Career

Worked as Web Designer, I progress from a junior to senior role quickly to undertake important tasks from start to finish for each project assigned to me. I invested my spare time to equip the skills necessary to do the job well, and to get familiarised with the deadlines to deliver on time.

Graduated from Art Institution

Graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) with Diploma in Graphic Design. It was a great and fun learning experience for me, and a humbling chance of a lifetime to study Art and learned the techniques and techniques of commercial art and design from various mediums and disciplines.
